The therapeutic alliance depends on unconditional positive regard, trust and confidentiality. Managing your expectations of what you can accomplish in a certain time period is crucial to success.

My approach to therapy is integrative, using theory and practice from a variety of evidence-based treatments to formulate a unique and holistic treatment with each of my clients. Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to help you become your own healer. To make it safe to pose questions and begin to understand your own experiences and sharing them whenever you feel safe or comfortable to do so.
